The full screening process typically takes 3–4 months, followed by a 6-month FDA-required quarantine. We guide you through every step.

Initial Screening Call
A confidential phone call with a member of our team to discuss your background, motivations, and answer any questions you have about the program.
Semen Analysis
Your first visit to our partnered fertility clinic for an initial semen analysis. This evaluates sperm count, motility, and morphology to determine basic eligibility.
Medical & Genetic Testing
Comprehensive blood work, STI panel, and genetic carrier screening. All testing is provided at no cost to you — the results are also shared with you for your own health awareness.
Psychological Evaluation
A confidential assessment with a licensed psychologist experienced in third-party reproduction. This is standard for all donor programs and is designed to support you, not disqualify you.
Quarantine & Re-Testing
Per FDA regulations, donated samples are frozen and held for a 6-month quarantine period. You will be re-tested at the end of this period before samples are released.
Active Donation Phase
Once cleared, you begin your regular donation schedule — typically 2–3 visits per week at our partner clinic. You are compensated for every approved sample.

Donors are compensated for every approved sample. With 2–3 donations per week during your active phase, earnings typically range from $800 – $1,500 per month. All payments are processed promptly on a set schedule.
