Sperm Donors

Help Create a Family

Sperm donors make it possible for individuals and couples to achieve their dream of parenthood. We provide a confidential, supportive program every step of the way.

What Is Sperm Donation

A Meaningful Role
in Someone's Story

Sperm donation is one of the most common and effective ways individuals and couples overcome fertility challenges. Whether it is a single woman, a lesbian couple, or a heterosexual couple facing male-factor infertility — a donor's contribution can be the difference between a family achieved and a dream deferred.

As an Alpha Fidelis sperm donor, you go through a thorough screening process that protects both you and the recipients. All testing is conducted by our partnered fertility clinics using the highest medical and genetic screening standards.

The commitment typically spans 6–12 months and involves regular visits to a local clinic — but many donors describe the experience as one of the most meaningful things they have ever done.

Why Men Become Sperm Donors

They want to help people who cannot conceive on their own
They support LGBTQ+ families and single parents by choice
They value the free, thorough medical and genetic screening
The compensation meaningfully supports their own goals
They find purpose in contributing to something larger than themselves
What You Receive

More Than
Compensation

Free Comprehensive Testing

Receive a full medical and genetic workup at no cost — including panels typically valued at over $3,000. Many donors discover important health information about themselves.

Meaningful Compensation

Earn up to $1,500 per month during your active donation phase. Compensation is provided for every approved sample, paid on a consistent schedule.

Flexible Scheduling

We work around your schedule. Most donors visit the clinic before work or school. Our partner clinics offer early morning and weekend appointments.

Complete Confidentiality

Your identity and personal information are protected. We adhere to all legal and ethical standards for anonymous and open-identity donation programs.

Dedicated Coordinator

A personal coordinator guides you through every step — from your first appointment to the end of your active donation period.

Make a Real Difference

Your donation can help single parents, same-sex couples, and individuals facing infertility build the family they have always dreamed of.

02

Initial Screening Call

A confidential phone call with a member of our team to discuss your background, motivations, and answer any questions you have about the program.

03

Semen Analysis

Your first visit to our partnered fertility clinic for an initial semen analysis. This evaluates sperm count, motility, and morphology to determine basic eligibility.

04

Comprehensive blood work, STI panel, and genetic carrier screening. All testing is provided at no cost to you — the results are also shared with you for your own health awareness.
