Ying brings over a decade of experience in surrogacy and egg donation since 2013. She holds an MBA from UC San Diego (Rady School of Management) and a Bachelor's in Human Development. Known for her end-to-end program management, she combines operational excellence with genuine compassion — ensuring every journey is guided with integrity and personalized care.
Jonathan Puente
Outreach & Intake Specialist
Jonathan brings a compassionate, organized, and people-centered approach to his role. With hands-on surrogacy field experience, he has coordinated surrogacy journeys while supporting recruitment efforts — working closely with intended parents, surrogates, clinics, and medical teams, and accompanying surrogates during screenings and appointments.

Joey guides prospective surrogates through the earliest and most critical stages of the admissions process. Known for her compassionate and detail-oriented approach, she excels at translating complex medical and procedural information into clear, accessible guidance for every candidate.

With over a decade of labor and delivery nursing experience, she specializes in third-party reproduction, surrogate admissions, and medical records review — bringing both clinical precision and empathetic care to every interaction.
