Your Path to Parenthood Starts Here

Whether you need an egg donor, a gestational surrogate, or both — we guide you with honest advice, expert coordination, and genuine care.

Who We Work With

Every Family
is Welcome

Alpha Fidelis works with intended parents regardless of relationship status, sexual orientation, nationality, or the reason they need assistance. If you want to be a parent, we will help you find a way.

Women with Medical Conditions

Uterine conditions, previous hysterectomy, recurrent pregnancy loss, or health risks that make carrying a pregnancy dangerous.

Gay Male Couples

We have helped hundreds of gay couples become fathers using their own sperm and a donor egg, with a gestational surrogate carrying the pregnancy.

Lesbian Couples

Egg donation from one partner, or using a donor egg — carried by one partner or a surrogate. Reciprocal IVF coordination available.

Single Intended Parents

Whether you are a single man or woman, you deserve to be a parent. We guide single intended parents through the process with equal care.

International Families

We work with intended parents from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Our team coordinates citizenship, passport, and travel paperwork.

Infertility After IVF Failure

Multiple failed IVF cycles or recurrent implantation failure does not mean your journey is over. Egg donation or surrogacy can open a new path.

Genetic Carrier Concerns

Intended parents who carry genetic conditions may choose egg or sperm donation, with or without PGT genetic testing of embryos.

Transgender Individuals

We welcome transgender and non-binary intended parents and work with specialists familiar with the legal and medical considerations of your journey.

Your Options

Which Path Is Right for You?

Many intended parents need one or both of these services. Your coordinator will help you figure out which path — or combination — is right for your specific situation.

Use a donor's eggs with your or your partner's sperm

Egg Donation

Egg donation is ideal when the intended mother cannot use her own eggs — due to age, diminished ovarian reserve, genetic concerns, or other medical factors. Our global network of screened donors includes diverse ethnic backgrounds and educational profiles.

  • Anonymous or known donor options
  • Donors aged 21–32, medically & genetically screened
  • Fresh and frozen egg cycles supported
  • International donor coordination available

A screened gestational carrier carries your embryo

Surrogacy

Gestational surrogacy is used when carrying a pregnancy is not possible or medically safe for the intended mother — or when the intended parents are two men. Your embryo (or a donor embryo) is transferred to a pre-screened, compassionate surrogate who carries no genetic connection to the child.

  • CARE-program pre-screened surrogates
  • California pre-birth orders for immediate parental rights
  • Legal, medical, and emotional support throughout
  • LGBTQ+ and international clients fully supported
